Life Plan
How to write a life business plan
Treat your life like a company: vision, values, resources, and a quarterly plan.
- 1
Write your vision
Describe your life 10 years from now in present tense — home, work, health, people, money. Be concrete.
- 2
Name your values
Pick 3–5 values. For each, write one behavior that proves you live it.
- 3
Audit your current state
Rate each life area 1–10. The lowest two are where your plan starts.
- 4
Set SMART goals
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Limit yourself to three per year.
- 5
Build a 90-day plan
Break each goal into weekly actions. Put them on your calendar.
- 6
Review on a rhythm
Weekly 15-minute check-in, quarterly reset, yearly rewrite.
