Our intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, guides, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own planning.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy too.

No guarantees

We work to keep the Service running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that any plan will win funding, investors or town approval.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover claims against us that come from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breaking these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or create a security or fraud risk. You can stop using the Service any time. If your access ends, you can ask us within 30 days to export your plans; after that, we may delete them.
